Hello,

We have noticed the below problems with the Outlook Add-In with SDPOnDemand:

- When a requester resets the form using the button, this removes their name from the requester field and does not fill it back in

- Custom lookup fields do not load

- Form rules created on Web App do not work in the Add-In (for example hiding fields based on other fields)
