SDP6+ - Cannot Restore Backup
I am in the process of migrating my existing Service Desk 6008 to a new server. I created a backup of my database, installed SDP+ 6008 on the new server and ran the restoredb.bat file. I selected .data file and clicked okay. The CMD windows displays briefly then closes but the database does not restore on the new server. I called support hours ago but have not received a call back.
Please HELP!!!!
