SDP Upgrade Failure 11010>>11100 Ticket 8533673

Hi,

There is an open ticket, but I have not received a response for several days. I can not update SDP to version 11100. The log files are attached. I have taken the following steps according to the feedback from support:

1. create a dummy file under the below location in the name " jssecacerts". Location: C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\jre\lib\security\
2. 1. StartDB.bat
3. Initpgsql.bat, it executed successfully an I tried to upgrade again. FAILURE

The support told me to also ensure the permissions for the PGSQL folder under Servicedesk. The permissions are set like this:


TRGU-MGT03 is the server on which SDP is running. I tried to update while being logged in with a Domain Admin which is member of the local Administrators Group.

I installed a new clean Windows Server 2019 with the same Build of ME SDP (11010). Restored the backup from the old server as written in the KB https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-migrate-servicedesk-plus-from-one-server-to-another

The build 11010 then worked without problems on the new server. But when I try to update it also failed. Even with the same procedure as mentioned on top of this message.

Please help me, I need to be able to update as soon as possible to implement OAuth. Or is there another way to transfer the data from the old existing version 11010 to the new version. Or must the version always be identical to transfer the backup?
