SDP & ServiceNow Integration - attachments and screen shots?

HI All -

I'm going down the path of setting up the SDP <-> ServiceNow integration but have some questions.  I understand a ticket can be created in ServiceNow when we open one in SDP, and visa-versa, but are updates captured as well?

Meaning, conversation updates, field updates, Notes, etc?

In addition, when a ticket does get opened in SDP and sent to ServiceNow (or visa-versa) are inline screen shots and attachments retained? 

Right now, we have process where ServiceNow send SDP an email to trigger a ticket opening (interim solution) and screen shots and attachments do not come through.  Is it the same with the API connection? 

                  New to ADSelfService Plus?
