SDP: Requester field in Techicians tickets

SDP: Requester field in Techicians tickets

Hi,

Usually when a user open a ticket the Requester field is already pre-compiled.
This does not happen with technicians.

It would be possible to disable a technician to open tickets on behalf of someone else?

Or if that is not possible,
is it possible to at least to precompile the requester field?
