I am trying to get the Remote Control feature of SDP to work.  When I click the Remote Control button, a prompt is received on the target machine.  After clicking to allow, I receive "FAILURE :User failed to authenticate your connection." on the Technicians end.  There is no firewall on either machine.  Any help is appreciated.
