SDP Questions for Mail Server settings and AD Integration

SDP Questions for Mail Server settings and AD Integration

Dear SDP or any other member who has previous experience in these issues,

Our company that I work for have just downloaded and installed the standard version of SDP. IT staff and the manager like it very much.
We have some issues though.

E-mail settings for fetchin incoming e-mails to our helpdesk address works fine through POP protocol, on port 110.
We could not make it work with IMAP, port; 993 (secure), with SSL enabled to accept certificates.
Anyway, the incoming e-mails are working fine but we have problems with outgoing e-mails from SDP.
It does not send notifications to requester's, nor technicians. We tried everything SMTP and SMTPS with ports 25 and ports 587.

Our SDP server is able to telnet to our mail server smtp and send e-mails from the server even without using Authentication but that does not seem to be the case with SDP application.

When trying to reply as a technician to an e-mail sent by the requested from SDP we receive the following message:

Mail to Requester... Sending notification failed.  (See attached + Some parts from the log files)

For some reason SDP doesn't connect to our smtp server which is running on exchange 2010. With TLS set on to accept all certificates.

Another issue that we face is AD Integration. We were able to import requesters/users from AD without any problem, but our login with AD doesn't want to work.
We have followed all the steps but technicians cannot login with our domain credentials.

I hope you can help us with resolving these issues for your amazing product.

Thank you in advance,
Albert
