We Are Installed SDP In our systems  and after succesfull installation i got an icon on desktop " ManageEngine ServiceDesk " and try to open but its not working but while on sucessfull installation checkbox "launch application" the software stuck on a single screen and never open after installation please help for this to running this software I installed it in free forever version.
