Our instance faced spotty slowness today from about 1:15p-1:35p US/Central for all technicians and with all functions. (Most pages took a long time to load, >10 seconds, although occasionally during this timeframe things were returning closer to the normal amount of time.)
I checked
https://status.manageengine.com/ during this time and it was showing a response time for "ServiceDesk Plus Cloud" as
29.88 s and yet the status was still green. I'm wondering why 28 seconds isn't considered to be "degraded performance" on this status page?
