SDP Ondemand - enabling Customers to log an issue
Hi,
I have SDP Ondemand but I can't for the life of me work out how to enable a potential customer to be able to log an issue? My Admin URL is xyz.sdpondemand.manageengine.com (where zyx is my company name) but that is "login screen" only. Where would a customer log an issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
