The company where I work is using SDP MSP Enterprise version 8003. We found that tool buttons under reply message for request (i.e. Bold character, spell check, insert link, insert picture) don't work, except Font Size and Font Type. If we click one of those buttons, there is nothing happened. We also tried in 8102 and it still shows the same issue.
