SDP MSP - Android Cannot connect to server when on mobile data
Hi,
We have setup the server on a machine in the office. We used port 8084 as to avoid conflicts with other services running from the same server.
Using our mobile devices we are able to use the app without issue when pointing the devices to the public IP and port 8084 when we're connected on the same office network but when trying to access the server via mobile data we keep getting "Error Could not connect to the server".
Using PingTools we are able to do tests and scans to verify that we can indeed establish communication to the public IP and port from our devices. We suspect that the firewall may interfere here, what other port(s) do we need to ensure is open?
