Hi,
In our organization the IT department consists of 1 technician and the IT manager.
We have a business rule in SDp, which will assign the technician to every new request of any type.
The question is: when a leave is marked for the technician in the scheduler, how can all new requests/user replies to existing requests be forwarded to the IT manager (since where is no one else to handle the requests while the technician is on leave)?
