Hi,

We have people that send requests as Outlook meetings instead of mail. So what happens is that SDP dot not know how to parse the meeting, and the body of the request is the raw data of the meeting.(Picture below)
SDP should be able to parse the meeting so that it's more readable, it could create a scheduled task from the meeting data.

This is an issue and not a feature request and i am not expecting this to be resolved soon, i am simply pointing out an issue here.
