Is there a way to reduce the SDP database size? I have tried archiving but it wont archive, it's nearly 20GB and it has historical data of about 4 years in it. Will deleting old tickets do the trick or do I need to run some sort of DB maintenence using Mysql?

 

The system is running very slow over the web and I have a feeling it's because of the size of the DB... any help appreciated.
