SDP Dashboard Customization
I would love to see some more customization on the Dashboard of SDP. Something that would be especially useful is simply being able to filter the dashboard by Group as opposed to Site, or in addition to site. If you can change this to Filter by Group so I can monitor how our specific Service Desk group is doing, that would be very useful.
