SDP Custom Views on Request Tab.
I am trying to create a custom view that our Help Desk Coordinator can use to make life a bit easier managing request flow and SLA breaches.
I have been trying to do one myself, but getting correct items on the dashboard is eluding me.
I'd like a custom request view on the dashboard of all unassigned requests as well as requests that are approaching (or breached) SLA.
Any ideas?
