I have viewed that there are some difference on SDP cloud and SDP On-Premises.

I did not understand the following features why only available in On-Premises and may you elaborate more on the feature:

Only available in on-premises: “Request Management: Request sharing with end users and agents”

What is the meaning of end-users and agents? Is it the user not in a requester or technician role in SDP?
