SDP closed request performance trend report on Zoho Reports
Has anyone been successful at creating a TREND report in Zoho Reports to display trend reports for closed request within a time period?
The Trend reports I have been able to setup are not true reflection of the of the trend. They calculate percentages on the value DISPLAYED on the report and not on the total request count.
Support has been unable to provide a solution to this.
Has anyone else had any luck with this?
