I am creating new incident without giving any type of priority value, which is necessary field for me, and and processing that request. So there comes error like "please fill priority field". But after that I set that priority field to any value and trying again to process that incident, which should be success, but error comes again "please fill priority field". 

In chrome it works best. But in IE 11  the above scenario happens.
