SDP Best Way to Add New Users
I am looking to find the best way to add new users to our Domain. The issue I have is all of the RCL Notification and other features do not allow you to email someone not in the system. I would like a way to be able to start a ticket that another user enters in all the details and at the end when the username and password is created that it is emailed out to the end user (Account Owner NOT the requestor). I looked at the on behalf of feature but it seems to only look at users in the system. I have also looked at adding a new service field but when I create a notification it seems as if I cannot use that field in the TO: address in the email. I also noticed that I cannot use any Resource Questions inside the email. This is as far as I got and am getting stumped on how best to achieve this information as the ticket will be created for a user that DNE in the system yet, this is the purpose of the ticket. Unless
I create a second ticket from the first ticket not sure if this is possible
have the first ticket create the user in SDP and the second ticket be created
with the request credentials and feed one ticket into the other? Unless there is a way I can create a second ticket from the first ticket not sure if this is possible
