I've been through all of the documentation I can find in regards to SP archiving, but it seems that there's no indication of what actually happens when you enable archiving/archive a request.
Can we get an update on what happens during this magical process?
- What happens in the DB?
- What happens to any file attachments?
- What happens when a customers uses the portal to track their requests?
Some documentation on this feature would be appreciated.
