SDP - approve request via email?
Hi there,
Sometimes someone put in a request that needs approval from others.
We normally do it through:
- in the request view, Actions > Submit for approval
- send it to the person for approval
- that person will then click the approval link and login then approve/deny
My question is, can that person do the accept/deny the request via email reply?
Most of them are always busy/on the move and don't have time to type in the username/password on the mobile phone at any time.
