We are on ServiceDesk Plus 12.0 (Build 12004)

1) When making Announcements, how come it does NOT show on the Home page. If you click "Show All" (with filter option for "All Announcements"), it still will not show on the next window. Sometimes, refreshing this screen, it will list; sometimes not.

2) When "Add(ing) New" Announcements, on the next window prompt, you would like to notify users by clicking on "Email Users". Is there an easier way rather than manually entering each one? Can individual users be grouped into a Group Email, and notified this way?
