I've looked through the SDP android app and a few other locations but can't find a fix for this issue. 

When replying to a ticket using the Android SDP app, the formatting in my written reply always gets condensed and loses any paragraph spacing. 

Is there any way to fix this and if not, is there something in the roadmap for this as a feature for the app?
