We use Office 365 as our mail provider.  SDP users IMAP to fetch the emails.  That uses Basic authentication.  Microsoft was supposed to have disabled Basic Auth but delayed that due to Covid.  As a company we have decided to move on this now.  We disabled Basic Auth in Office 365 and both DTC and SDP both stopped collecting emails.  We had to make an exception for our helpdesk system.

My question is when does SDP and DTC plan on supporting Modern Authentication for fetching emails? In the second half of 2021 Microsoft is turning off by default for everyone.
