SDP and Crystal Reports Integration
I'm using ServiceDesk Plus 5.5 (build 5506) and Crystal Reports v.11.
I can access ServiceDesk Plus database from Crystal Reports,
but some column data values is displayed as '???' characters.
These values are non-English (cyrillic) characters.
Is there any encoding settings or something else in Crystal Reports for
fixing this problem?
Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.
