SDP - all HP printer identified as a generic "HP-printer"?
Hi There,
We have several models of HP printers on our network, but whenever we scanned it (SNMP: public), it always identified as HP-Printer .
I did changed them to a proper model name (example: HP LaserJet 400 MFP M425dn) but whenever it was scanned again, the model reverts back to HP-Printer .
is there a way to prevent this from happening?
At the moment I changed the scan credential on each of the asset to a non-existent SNMP name.
