As per the current application design we don't have an option to import the profile images directly into the application. The only option is to edit and add the profile picture either the requester themselves or the administrator if able to login to their accounts. I am sorry if this is causing any inconvenience for you.

Thank you for your reply. I knew this solution, but it is not possible to login into their account, because the accounts are imported from the AD and we use SSO. I don't know their password.
I'd like to upload the pictures into their profile without login into their account. I'm Administrator of ServiceDesk and should be able to do that. Is there a possibility to ad the picture direct into the database?
Best solution would be an automatic import of the AD Pictures.

Thank you for writing to ServiceDesk Plus.
You can change the profile pictures for requester accounts by logging into their respective accounts within the application. When you login with requester account you will have the edit option in the about icon. I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

I could upload my own Profile Picture. Now I would like to upload pictures for the Requesters. If I click on Edit Requester, I can't find an option to do that.
How can I do it?
