Seems with the upgrade/fix I've carried out that the inlineimages have been disabled.

Is this a common issue for all users/windows users or something specific to my implementation? Same issue on live and test environments that I can tell.

How can it be fixed asap?

Win2k3 R2, and SQL 2005 backend.
