SDP 7.5 Templates
We are trying to customize templates for the technician view and want to remove the group filed. Clicking the properties only shows opens for the requester and clicking the x to remove the field does not do anything.
Also, when we are customizing a template, the save does not seem to do anything and all the options for modifiying the requester template are greyed out.
