Existing customers, kindly note, that upgrade to 7.5 can be done only over 7022. Customers in earlier builds can move to build 7022 by applying the service pack available at
WARNING : Please be informed that when scheduled data backup is configured in SDP, upgrading from 7022 - MSSQL to 7500 - MYSQL will not be possible as of now. We will release updated service pack (fixing this issue) in a couple of days. ie. data backed up in Mssql (when scheduled backup is enabled) and restored in mysql test environment for upgrade. There should not be any issues if scheduled backup is not configured in SDP (under Admin -> Scheduled Backup section).
WARNING : Please be aware that when ServiceDesk Plus is tried to get installed on already installed machine, it will uninstall the existing SDP installation and the existing data will be lost. Hence do not install SDP 7.5 in already installed machine.
