SDP 7, request form problem
I have a problem with the request form.
When I choose Impact as a 'mandatory' field and 'requester can set' it, if I see the preview all it's ok I can choose an impact for the request.
Then when I'm connected like a requester, on the request form the impact fields isn't visible.
I have the same problem with the below fields : impact details, urgency, priority.
Is it normal or it's encessary to change my configuration?
