SDP 6.0 Vista issues
We are running SDP 6.0 through a server (Windows 2003). Our issues are with the browser from Vista computers only and is completely unstable in IE but a little more stable in Firefox but still get below errors
Here are a list of issues we have come across:
In the Admin tab when we go to view additional fields for Workstation or Assets, we can't see any fields past 3, and sometimes when we refresh page we can see the rest of the fields but 4 and other random ones will be off centered from the rest of the page and you will see bits of code.
Most pages with lists will take several refreshes to get everything to show up or to line up.
We will sometimes see html code mingled in with off centered words and images
Like I mentioned earlier, it is very unstable in IE (you get error messages and display issues on every page) and when I originally ran it through IE, I tried several troubleshooting ideas; running it with no add ons, updating windows, disabling phishing and so on but nothing worked. We then switched to Firefox
which right off was running a lot more stable then IE. Wasn't until I really started working with several different pages that I started noticing little bugs here and there.
I want to know if anyone may know why its so unstable in Vista and if there are any fixes? I know it runs fine in XP but my laptop is Vista and I don't want to be limited to just my desktop.
