Hi, 

after upgrade from ver. 9.4 to 10.0.13 (on Postgres) we noticed that if a requester adds a reply to a ticket which is in "Waiting on approval" status (and the timer is stopped), the status automatically changes to Open and timer starts again.

Is there a way to fix it?
