It would be nice to see a tech on call option in the availability chart so that users can know who to call for after hours support, and when they click on it it should give information on how to get a hold of that tech. Also, there needs to be a way that this can be auto scheduled every month so if your in a 3 week on call rotation you can see it in the calendar that way. I'm surprised this was not thought of in the initial development of 7.5.
