SD7011 will not start after updates

SD7011 will not start after updates

Hello all,

This morning we migrated from 6015 to 7000, then applied the 7011 SP and now SD will not start, it stays hung on the startup, with the wrapper log file showing that AdventNet ServiceDesk is failing to start. Any help is appreciated.

If tech support sees this, can you please forward me a number to call for support. Thanks!
