SD6 has come out good but many things still left out.

I must say that SD6 has come out good but many things are still left out.
We would like the option to add attachments at least in the form of images or files to a purchase order to show the quotations received and the reference to those quotations. Well i know you are working on the same and hope that the update would be released soon. Would be good if you can provide a work around till then.
I have asked about this before but looks like, you guys didn't get it right.
We have a 5 tech license. We found that only technicians can resolve calls and so on, thats what they are supposed to do.
However, we would want requesters to have the right to create reports. Why do we require additional license's for that?
Would be good if the right to just create reports would be given to the management. They want to create and view the reports. Same applies to the Purchase Order System. The Person Approving the Purchase order also requires to be added as a technician. Would love to have this role created for Requestors.
I have also noticed and told by my colleagues that SD+ is going pretty slow. It takes a little more time than SD5 in normal circumstances.
