SD PLus migration windows to linux

hi,

I am migrating my SD PLus from windows 2003 to RHEL 5.7

Steps 1) i have take the full backup of SD Plus 8.1 build 8105
Step2) Install RHEL 5.7 and install SD PLus 8.1 build 8105 version
Step3) Restore the backup on linux machine

All done successfully but the problem is that

I am using Active directory in windows 2003 SD plus version 8.1 build 8105, when i restored backup i am unable to login to SD plus console in linux so i made few changes in my SD plus 8.1 windows version before the full backup. I have change authentication from active directory to LDAP, but when i import users from LDAP configuraion window all users ADD as duplicate from active directory.

then i backup the windows SD Plus version and restore it on linux. know i am able to login with ldap and local authentication options are shown during login screen.

Problem:

I dont want duplication because it causing problem to re configure technicians and as well as requesters issues.

Kindly suggest me the solution how i can avoid duplication while importing user from LDAP settings.

[ It working fine if i import it active directory authentication tab window [ import user from active directory]
