sd Plus addon not working
I am running 7010 opmanager and i can go to admin addons and configure sd plus and run the connection test is all fine. But then i go to a computer and click on ihardware details i get the following error. So the test is good i am using sd plus everyday the server does exist in the sd plus inventory.
Unable to fetch Hardware Details from ServiceDeskPlus.
Possible Reasons
Check whether the device is added in ServiceDeskPlus
Check whether the ServiceDeskPlus Server is running
