Just upgraded to 7.5 SP4.
Question: The remote control portion of the asset management.
Where can I find the detailed documentation as to exactly how this feature operates within the network? I would like the FW requirements, installation files, permissions requirements, etc.
I would also like to know where the MSI or EXE can be found to push the product down prior via Desktop Central. Searching our service desk server now but did not know if you have a 'package' already.
