Hi all,

for a number of months now an installation of ServiceDesk I have been working on has been experiencing significant slowdown in the speed of ServiceDesk API calls. We are talking about every single call taking between 30 seconds and a minute, and this applies to different types of calls dealing with the Requests module. Any suggestions on what could be done to improve the situation, perhaps a section in the documentation or an article or an earlier forum post that deals with this?
