SD+ won't delete Mails from the mailbox via POP

SD+ won't delete Mails from the mailbox via POP

For some reason, SD+ won't delete e-mails in the mailbox while fetching them.

We're using Novell GroupWise 7.0 along with ServiceDesk Plus 5507.

Is anyone able to help us?
