SD+ upgrade confusion
what is the upgrade path?
we have SD+ 6 build 6003 and from what I gather the Asset Explorer integration was supposed to be a service pack install/upgrade?
Is this available now, from previous posts it was may 2007?
what about this ITIL ? is it replacing AE now?
I stopped applying patches after they started killing functionality of the product, is there a stable upgrade path?
