SD+ stops responding

SD+ stops responding

Hello

three times now my SD+ server has stopped responding and I'm not sure what the problem is or how to troubleshoot it. The server itself responds to pings, I tried shutting down servicedesk, then starting up the servicedesk server, still no response. I access via VPN, so I remoted in and tried webclient on the server, still no response.
All three times I had no time to spend on it so a reboot fixed it all three times.

The only thing I can add is that I installed the Cisco Network Assistant on that server, and the first time it stopped responding (servicedesk) was maybe an hour after that. And then another two times over 7 days. None of these times was anything running on the dedicated server except for ServiceDesk.

Running v. 6.006 on Win2k3 4G RAM, no other apps or software except the Cisco.
