SD+ Integration gives error

Hello All,

I'm using SD+ 5.5.0 build 5507 and Opmanager 6 build 6012. I've been trying to get integration to work, but can't get it. I've moved OM to a separate server, and I've tried every way I can think of to give OM the name of the SD+ server. I've even entered it's ip address. SD+ runs on port 80, OM on 9090. AD authentication is turned on, and the default account (administrator) was deleted.

The message I get is : "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high." However, I'm am able to successfully use the Jump To shortcut to get to SD+. I can't use the Jump To shortcut to go from SD+ to OM, it gives me the demo page.
