I just downloaded and installed SD+ 7 to test and I'm having a few problems with it.
1. When I try and edit a workstation I get the following error.
FAILURE :Database exception while updating the Workstation.
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,188,577,511,875.
2. Under Relationships - how do you remove one, such as a user. Another Issue here is if the User has a Dept. along with them the dept. shows up not the user in the Used By field.
3. I can't seem to get a business rule to work that I was able to have working in SD+ 6 when I tested it.
I have a Category called New. I have a Business Rule called New Ticket. It says that If Priority is - Low" or "Normal" or "Emergency" or "High Then Change Status to "New"
There are no errors when the rule is created, but when a new request is put in, the rule doesn't run and the request comes in as "Open" I have tried other flags instead of Priority, but none of them work.
