SD+ 7 crash and won't restart

First I�m sorry for my poor English.
I have a problem since this morning, the service �ManageEngine ServiceDesk� stop and won�t restart.
In the windows log we have an ID event 100 �There may be a configuration problem: please check the logs.�

We have a lot of files create in \servicedesk\bin : �hs_err_pid2220.log� or �hs_err_pid3572.log�
I reinstall a server (Winndows 2003 R2) and ServiceDesk, restore Database� The same error appears.
ServiceDesk run on a virtual machine on ESX serveur.
The virtual machine have 2 CPU Xeon E5335 2Ghz, 2048Mo of Ram, Windows 2003R2 SP2, SD+ 7 (7015)
