I have another app that I would like to send info to open a ticket using the API. 

I can get everything else to work except pick list to pick list.

I have mirrored our group/category/Sub Category/items to be the same on both sides so that when a user selected the group etc it sends over the same value to the SD+ pick list.

I have tried everything I can think of and it just doesn't work?

From the other system I can have a pick list go into a text filed no problem but not pick list to pick list?

Is there something I am missing?
