Scrolling Ticker Tape for Alerts!!!

Hi,
I think i may have posed this request before, it would invaluable to have a little java desktop scrolling ticker tape, that would display the current alarms in OPmanager.
Instead of have to check mail notifications or the opman web page, this little scrolling ticker tape would run at the bottom of your screen and you could see any new alerts as they happen.
I`m not a java buff or programmer but i have found a site that you can create a customised ticker tape for opmanager, it`s specs are:
